rempy Terms of Service

Welcome to rempy! These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and rempy (Hezel &Bantle Solution GbR) Please read them carefully.
By using rempy, rempy Business or any of our other products or services that are subject to these Terms, you agree to the Terms. If so, rempy grants you a non-assignable ,non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and our policies. Of course, if you don’t agree with the Terms, then don’t use the Services.
Who can use our Service
Our Services means all aspects of the rempy mobile applications, our website, and the software and systems powering the applications and our website. To use our Services, you must be a real human:
who is at least 16 years old. Depending on where you live, if you are under the age of consenting your country, a parent or guardian may also have to provide consent for you to use our Services;
or who has the legal authority to create an account on behalf of another person, company, organization, government or other legal entity, if you’re not creating an account for yourself.
Data Protection and Privacy
By using our Services, you understand and consent that we must collect, use, store, process, share, and transfer this information.
Content means profile photos, photos, videos, emojis, captions, comments, or messages shared through our Services.
You own the Content you share through our Services and grant rempy a license to use the Content under the following conditions:
Globally Shared Content means Content you shared with everyone on rempy. In exchange for using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute the content you share with a Globally Shared Content in any and all media or distribution methods.
Much of the content on our Services is produced by users, publishers, and other third parties. Whether that content is posted publicly or sent privately, the content is the sole responsibility of the user or entity that submitted it.
So, we cannot —and do not — guarantee that other users or the content they provide through the Services will comply with our Terms, Community Guidelines or our other terms, policies or guidelines.
Although rempy reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove all content that appears on the platform, we do not review all of it.
Reporting Violative Content
Users can report content produced by others or others’ accounts for violation of our Terms/Community Guidelines.
Upon receiving a complaint, we will:
ensure the complaint is reviewed in a timely, non-discriminatory, diligent and non-arbitrary manner;
reverse our decision if we determine our initial assessment was incorrect
If you come across any content that may violate our Terms of Service or Community Standards, you can use our report tool to report such content.
Ending of our Services
We may temporarily or permanently suspend your account and prevent your use of our Services if we have determined that you have shared Violative Content or used our Services in a way that violates another person’s rights, or does not comply with laws, rules, regulations or the User Agreement.
You can appeal a suspension by contacting the support.
We may temporarily suspend your account in the event that we detect abnormal activity which could present technical or security risks to you, other users or our Services.
You also can delete your account in the app settings.
License to use our Services
Our Services are protected by copyright and other trademark laws.
You are not allowed to use the rempy name or any of rempy‘s logos, domain names, other distinctive brand features, and other proprietary rights.
During the time you are using our Services, rempy gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you apart of our service.
The license serves the purpose of enabling you the use of our Services, which ends when you stop using the Services.
Limitation of liability
The use of our services is at your own risk. Solution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use this services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or other legal theory, even if Solution has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Solution be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this app, including, but not limited to, physical or psychological injuries, whether based on negligence, breach of statutory duty, contract, or otherwise.
By using our services, you agree that Solution, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable in any way for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this app.
Choice of Law
To the extent that these Terms allow you or rempy to initiate litigation in a court, both you and rempy consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Stuttgart/German courts and the German Law.
The courts in some countries may not apply the laws of Germany and Stuttgart to some disputes related to these Terms. If you reside in one of those countries, the laws of your home country may apply to those disputes.
Ticket Selection: Users can choose from available events and select one ticket per account.
Payment: After selecting tickets, the purchase price is immediately due. Payment is made through the app’s provided payment methods.
Confirmation: Users receive confirmation of their ticket purchase via email or within the app.
Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellation: Cancellation is only possible if the event organizer cancels or reschedules the event.
Refund: Refunds follow applicable guidelines. Eligible cancellations result in a refund to the original payment method. For cancellations and refunds, please contact email@example.com
We may update these Terms to reflect any changes to our Services or how we provide it, as well as to comply with legal requirements, or for other legal or security reasons. If those changes to these Terms are material we will provide you with reasonable advance notice. If you continue to use the Services once the changes come into effect, we will take that as your acceptance.
